LTDT Refund Policy...

Refunds will ONLY be given in the forms of CREDIT for the same dog - new/different dog in the household with prior approval.

For classes- full refund will be given if cancelling a class by phone 1 week PRIOR to your class start date.

Credit can be for ANY of the services we offer.

Dogs and training dogs are a commitment. Dogs are work. Training is work. You will only get out of it what you put in. Situations happen out of everyone's control, we cannot refund what we cannot control.

That said if there is something you feel we need to improve, please let us know ASAP, so me may address the issue right away.

We strive to provide the best in communicating with your dog, body language, teaching you how your dog best learns, and teaching you how to have an amazing relationship with your dog.
